이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Komjirak(이하 “운영자”)이 제공하는 여행 기록 서비스 간직.log(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

• 서비스는 이용자가 동행과 함께 여행의 장소·일정·가계부·추억을 기록하고 공유할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
• 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 개선·변경할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (계정)

• 이용자는 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 통한 로그인으로 서비스를 이용합니다.
• 이용자는 자신의 계정을 통해 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.

제4조 (이용자 콘텐츠)

• 이용자가 입력·업로드한 콘텐츠(장소·사진·후기 등)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 운영자는 서비스 제공·운영에 필요한 범위(저장, 초대한 여행 멤버에게의 표시, 백업 등)에서만 해당 콘텐츠를 이용합니다.
• 이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 콘텐츠를 게시해서는 안 됩니다.

제5조 (금지행위)

• 타인의 계정·정보를 도용하거나 무단으로 접근하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 위반되는 콘텐츠를 게시·유포하는 행위

제6조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

운영자는 운영·기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 합리적인 방법으로 안내하도록 노력합니다.

제7조 (면책)

• 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 운영자는 무료 서비스와 관련하여 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다.
• 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(구글 등)의 장애 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (개인정보)

개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제9조 (준거법 및 문의)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 문의는 아래로 연락해 주세요.

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the travel-journal service Ganjik.log (the “Service”) provided by Komjirak (the “Operator”), and the rights, duties, and responsibilities of users and the Operator.

2. The Service

• The Service helps you record and share a trip’s places, schedule, expenses, and memories with your companions.
• The Service is provided free of charge, and the Operator may improve or change it.

3. Accounts

• You use the Service by signing in with a Google or Apple account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

4. User content

• You retain the rights to content you enter or upload (places, photos, notes, etc.).
• The Operator uses your content only as needed to provide and operate the Service (storage, display to the trip members you invited, backups, etc.).
• You must not post content that infringes others’ rights or violates the law.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Stealing or gaining unauthorized access to others’ accounts or information
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Posting or distributing content that violates the law or public order and morals

6. Changes or suspension

The Operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided “as is,” and the Operator limits its liability for this free service to the extent permitted by law.
• The Operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure or outages of third-party services (e.g., Google).

8. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
