Komjirak(이하 “운영자”)은 여행 기록 서비스 간직.log(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기고 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지 설명합니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

3. 제3자 처리 위탁 및 서비스
서비스는 아래 사업자의 인프라를 이용하여 개인정보를 처리합니다.

위 사업자는 해외에 서버를 둘 수 있으며, 이 경우 개인정보가 국외로 이전·보관될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 위 목적 외로 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않으며, 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우에만 예외적으로 제공합니다.
4. 여행 멤버 간 공유
서비스는 이용자가 초대한 여행의 멤버들과 해당 여행의 데이터(장소·일정·가계부·추억 등)를 함께 보고 편집하도록 설계되어 있습니다. 초대 코드·링크는 신뢰할 수 있는 사람에게만 전달해 주세요.
5. 보관 기간 및 파기
- 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 해당 데이터 삭제 시까지 보관하며, 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 이용자는 앱 내에서 장소·추억·여행 등 자신이 만든 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 및 전체 데이터 삭제는 계정 삭제 안내를 따르거나 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처를 통해 접수되며, 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 데이터베이스 접근 권한 통제(보안 규칙) 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용하여 개인정보를 안전하게 관리합니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임을 알게 된 경우 관련 정보를 파기합니다.
9. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 서비스 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

Komjirak (the “Operator”) runs the travel-journal service Ganjik.log (the “Service”). We value your privacy and comply with applicable laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what we collect and how we use, store, and delete it.

2. How we use it
- Identifying and signing you in; providing and operating the Service
- Sharing and syncing places, schedule, expenses, and memories among the trip members you invited

- Analyzing usage statistics and improving quality
3. Third-party processors
The Service processes personal data using the infrastructure of the following providers.

4. Sharing among trip members
The Service is designed so that the members you invite to a trip can view and edit that trip’s data (places, schedule, expenses, memories, etc.) together. Please share invite codes and links only with people you trust.
5. Retention and deletion
- Personal data is kept until you delete your account or the relevant data, and destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled.
- You can delete the data you created (places, memories, trips, etc.) directly in the app.

6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time. Requests are received via the contact below and handled within the period set by applicable law.
7. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS), database access controls (security rules), and more — to keep your data safe.
8. Children
The Service is not primarily intended for children under 14. If we learn that a user is under 14, we delete the related information.
9. Changes
This policy may be revised as laws or the Service change. We will announce significant changes within the Service or on this page.
